This tiny house is super cute and efficient! We feel it is perfect for one person but if you are a couple that like to cuddle up close it may also work for you for a short term stay.
Sleep up in the loft in a comfy Queen Bed. Enjoy the beautiful shower with skylights, hot water, A/C unit, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, microwave, coffee machine, hot plate, small indoor grilling unit, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, 100s of Cable channels, Wifi and access to other parts of the property.
Take in the beautiful canyon views and garden from your doorstep. We have a small seating area and grill for you outside the Tiny House kitchen window and you will also have access to the back yard with shared Hot Tub, Swings, Horse Shoe Pit, Fruit Trees and various seating areas. The tiny house also includes one small parking spot.
Great as use for a launch pad to explore Topanga, local beaches, hiking trails and greater Los Angeles area. Not a huge space as the main room is 10 ft x 12 ft, loft area above is approximately 8 ft x 8 ft with peaked roof and low ceilings. You will only be able to sit up in the loft area at best. The adjacent shower and changing room, which is connected to the main room, is approximately 4 ft x 10 ft with 3 skylights to brighten the space.
Special Notes:
1)There is no toilet in the Tiny House. You will have access to a bathroom in the breezeway between the main house and guest house which is approximately 40 steps from the Tiny House.
2) The loft with Queen bed is only accessible by ladder like stairs and therefore is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
3) The property itself is hilly with lots of steps and terracing so again not a good choice for those with mobility issues.
4) At the moment we feel it is best suited for shorter stays, generally in the 2 day to 6 day range but you may inquire about slightly longer stay if you like and we may consider it. At the moment, we are not interested in traditional long term rentals for this unit.
5) We also require tenants be 21 years old minimum. Exceptions may be made for a parent traveling with a child 12 or older.
6) No drug use of any kind is allowed on the property or in the unit!
